Drinking Liberally: Have a beer with Seth Williams

From Peter Baker:
Drinking Liberally, tonight at Ten Stone, 21st and South Sts. in Philadelphia, starting at 6 pm.

Also tonight, Seth Williams, Democratic Candidate for District Attorney here in Philadelphia, plans to stop by from around 6 pm to 6:45. This is a good chance to ask some questions, and get more information on a frequently overlooked but extremely important race.

Read more about Seth Williams here:

See you tonight!
I believe Seth will be there from 6 to about 6:45. If you haven't met him, this is a great chance to do so.

i went and took some photos too. he chatted for a bit and then gave us his stump on community based prosecution program where DAs are assigned a specific area of town. also spouted some stats on abraham's record of DAs not being prepared for trial and cases being dismissed. followed that up with a stat from a study of philly from 96-99 where 80% [i think that was the number] of homocides were commited by people who were, at the time, on parole or probation.
